This is a second home on the Cape Cod waterfront and had a rotted door which was leaking water during rain storms. We were called in to complete a sliding door replacement for this property which is rented out when the owner is not staying there.
Time Frame
This project was completed in under three weeks from start to finish, this included placing the order, waiting for materials to arrive and installing the new sliding door.
Sliding Door Replacement
To fix the water leak, we replaced the rotted door with a new sliding door, this included trim and insulation both inside and outside of the house.
