Project 4 – Porch and Bathroom Renovation

Problem we solved

Expanded the shower from a small walk in to a 5 foot walk in. Toilet and vanity were moved and closet was relocated to create more room in the bathroom.

Time Frame

This project took 8 weeks from demo to renovation.

Porch Renovation

The screened in porch/three season room was converted into a living space.

Custom Building

Original seasoned room was converted into year round interior living space. This involved installing a carrying beam to allow the wall to be removed and created an open concept feel. All windows were custom trimmed inside and installed.

Kitchen Renovation

Project time was approx. 3 months because this was a complete home remodel. Project pictures attached is of the kitchen remodel
