Project 3 – Home Renovation

Problem we solved

This was an investment property that needed to be renovated to be sold. Ken and his team were brought in to do the full renovation including all permitting phases with the town and departments.

Time Frame

This project was completed in three months from start to finish.

Chimney removal

Entire in home masonry chimney was removed.

2nd level porch deck
